The Auto Lease module generates monthly billing for each long-term lease customer, with monthly entries for revenue, accrual for taxes, reserves for insurance and maintenance, depreciation, and loan amortization. This module interfaces with the optional Accounts Receivable and General Ledger modules. This module is recommended for companies that have separate short- and long-term leasing activities, either as an independent company or as a profit center within the rental company.
