agents to update vehicle status from the lot. (Note that radio frequency
assignments and procedures vary from country to country. We currently have
installations in the U.S. and Canada.) The use of handheld terminals provides many benefits: improves
customer
service, enhances company image, and gives your agents a chance to spot damage
to vehicles that might not be reported. This module is recommended for operations with airport service centers and
heavy rental volume during peak time periods.
