Classic Plus Upgrade Features
1.
Contract adjustment program eliminates the need to ever reopen contracts.
Password protected adjustment screen allows for user defined adjustments such as
one day refund, refund gas, remove taxes or ‘other’ to cover such charges as
damage, unauthorized drops etc. The program allows for only management accepted
charges to apply (not all) and each charge is embedded with the proper location
GL coding for the end of day process. 2.
Agent ‘snapshot’ allows all agents to be part of various Sales Teams
for reporting and employee performance. 3.
Unlimited revenue buckets for contract charges. 4.
Unlimited number of additional drivers. 5.
Unlimited number of vehicle exchanges, all vehicles exchanges are stored
with the original contract for inquiry, reporting and revenue splits. 6.
Due to the nature of the unlimited revenue buckets, reporting is now very
detailed in both daily business and fleet. Each table stores all revenue items
instead of having charges grouped together or not saved at all. 7.
The nightly schedule is now automated. Users no longer have to preset a
terminal to run the schedule. 8.
Files have a greatly expanded capacity. The need to expand files is
eliminated. Purging files to free up space is no longer required. 9.
ODBC - Have access to all car rental data from ODBC compliant programs
like Microsoft Excel is available. 10.
Graphical and character mode allows for both PC’s and ‘dumb
terminals’ to access the software. 11.
SystemV accounting module included. 12.
Search screens provide greater flexibility in navigation and what
information is displayed. 13.
Print reports to files on your PC or on the server where they can be
easily viewed with an Internet browser. 14. Email rezes or contracts directly to customers from PC.
