Support Features
Our support is direct support. Orion personnel perform
all installations and application software and operating system software
support. Full-coverage on-site hardware maintenance plans are offered either
through the manufacture or approved third-party companies. Remote diagnostic capabilities (via modem connection)
enable our personnel to determine the status of your system in a matter of
minutes. Support is available via phone, fax, and email.
Detailed monthly statements describe each support call and its resolution.
