At Orion, that means our support representatives are committed to providing a level of support second to none. You can call of assistance anytime, regardless of the time of day.

Support Features

Our support is direct support. Orion personnel perform all installations and application software and operating system software support. Full-coverage on-site hardware maintenance plans are offered either through the manufacture or approved third-party companies. Remote diagnostic capabilities (via modem connection) enable our personnel to determine the status of your system in a matter of minutes. Support is available via phone, fax, and email. Detailed monthly statements describe each support call and its resolution.
